General Terms
AR Travel and Tour, the transportation company and its representatives act solely as intermediaries for transportation companies, parks, restaurants, etc., and shall not be liable in any way for losses, accidents, injuries, damages, or schedule changes that may occur.
Reservation Policies
Your credit card will be charged by AR Travel and Tour with the total amount of the reservation.
The total amount of the reservation is charged online, and the transaction will appear in your bank account within the next 36 hours after being processed.
Once the charge is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail from info@artravelandtour.com with additional information (e.g., pick-up time, etc.) including a link to your boarding pass with a username and password.
You must present the boarding pass when checking in or with your guide when boarding your tour or transfer.
The cardholder must sign the boarding pass to get onboard the tour/transfer.
In case of a tropical storm, hurricane, or seaport closure, you may change your tour dates or switch to another tour. Payments in these cases are not refundable.
Cancellation and Reimbursement Policies
All requests for cancellations and refunds must be made via the online form at artravelandtour.com or by contacting info@artravelandtour.com.
Cancellations Policy:
Up to 48 hours before the service = 100% refund
Between 36 and 47 hours before the service = 80% refund
Between 24 and 35 hours before the service = 50% refund
Up to 23 hours before your service = No refund applies
No show (client does not show up) = No refund applies
Private Tours: Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the service are eligible for a 75% refund.
Schedule/Date Changes: Allowed only 24 hours (or more) before the service for “Hotel–Airport” transportation reservations.
Force Majeure: These policies do not apply in cases of hurricanes, seaport closures, tropical storms, epidemics, pandemics, or other natural phenomena. In such cases, only the tour date change policy will apply.
Promotional Codes / Discounts:
If a service is booked with a promotional code or special discount, a 100% refund does not apply, even if canceled within the allowed time. In these cases, the maximum refund is 80%.
Discounts and promo codes apply only during the promotion dates. They are not retroactive to previous bookings or cases where the client did not enter the code at the time of booking.
For cancellations made to repurchase using a published discount, a 20% penalty will be applied.
For purchases made with only a partial deposit, the deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
